How do I sign up for Jamaica's rewards program?
Simply click on the "Register" button on top right of the oneloverewards.com homepage, fill out the registration form and submit.
Is there a cost to join?
No. One Love Rewards is a FREE education program sponsored by the Jamaica Tourism Board. Not only you will get educated on everything Jamaica has to offer, but you can also earn redeemable points, participate on amazing FamTrips and much more! How do I change my email address?
Please login to Oneloverewards.com portal, click on "My Profile" on top right, then click on the link "change email".
How do I change/reset my password?
You can either login and change your password in the "My Profile" section, or use the "forgot password" link on the login page. The system will send you an email with a link to reset your password to the email address on file.
How do I download/print my certificate?
From the Oneloverewards.com portal menu bar, click on "Specialist Program", then "My Dashboard". Once you are on the course dashboard, click on the certification tab, then click the button that says "view certificate" – from here you can download or print your certificate.
I got kicked out from the course and cannot get back in. How do I continue the course?
Jamaica contains many external links that lead you to interesting information about the country. Those links are separate from the main course content so, each time you click on a link (for example, under Accommodations), you will need to read that information, close the new tab that opened to bring you the information, and then return to the main course content so that you can continue the course. You can close the new tab or minimize it until you find the course window, or you can also click on the browser icon on the bottom of the page to find the course pop-up window.
I'm stuck. I passed the test, but the system will not move me forward.
Please make sure you click the submit button at the end of the test and close the course window. If after a few minutes your results still don't get updated, please email us.
